Time to explore the neighborhood with the highest livability score on our list, a whopping 89. Kingwood’s versatility in terms of housing is yet another reason why a lot of seniors, who already make up 14.6% of the population, chose to settle down here. This neighborhood is known for variety of condos, small and large single-family homes, multi-family residences and more.

If you want to stay active during retirement, especially in terms of going out for some fresh air, you’ll probably love the area’s parks, trails, and golf courses. For a hint of extra excitement, you’ll also have plenty of music venues to visit. And if you’re a fan of delicious, home-cooked meals, the nearby farmer’s market is the best place to do your grocery shopping.
