Still think $100,000 is pretty high? Don’t worry, Toledo residents do too. It’s no wonder, seeing as their median list prices are as low as $85,000.

What about entertainment? Well, since the Automobile Racing Club of America has its headquarters here, it’s no wonder the local auto racetrack, Toledo Speedway, is so popular. It features stock car racing and concerts, among other events.

And here’s something else that will really get your adrenaline pumping. Toledo is also known by many to be the Wrestling Capital of the World, meaning you could get yourself front row tickets to many high-profile international duels at the Toledo Field House.
