7. Retirees Relax More

If retirement is just around the corner you’re probably stressed out about a lot of things. Will your savings be enough? What will your cost of living look like? What about your healthcare?

If you think your golden years might be stressful because of this, worry not. According to another Merril lunch study, more than 70% of seniors aged 65 and older said they often feel relaxed or stress-free. Compare that to only 41% of younger people aged 25 to 34 who said they’re relaxed.

Your retirement might be full of mysteries, but according to the numbers, it doesn’t look like it’ll be stressful!
