An Incentive Is Thrown Your Way

Watch out for monetary bonuses. As we approach retirement age, when employers want to help their bottom lines by vacating positions, we have to look out for anything that might look suspicious. In this case, an employer’s attempt to make you start your golden years sooner might be seen as a positive.

Vacation credits are another form of positive incentives but look for others that fit your workplace. While these offers could look good on paper, if you’re not ready to retire then you’re not ready! Don’t make this big decision on a whim!
