11 Mistakes Every Senior Makes When Downsizing Their Home

Throwing it all away

The wrong mentality goes like this: new home, new things. You might be tempted to throw old stuff away, like extra pots and pans you have received as gifts or stuff from your children’s rooms.

Although sometimes new beginnings ask for new things, this isn’t the case when you throw stuff away that you might actually need. And if you consider throwing the old and investing in the new, think twice about that as well.

Downsizing means you wanted to save up some extra costs, but if you find yourself in need to purchase new items for your house, all your intentions of saving will go down the drain.

This next one might not be as helpful as you think…..
