25 Tips to Boost Your 401(K) Now!

May 11, 2020 · Personal finance

13. Consider Low-Cost Funds

If you’re worried about budgeting, saving, and overall having a hard time with your retirement savings, the last things you want on your plate are hefty fees.

Fees can bring down the overall amount of how much money you can invest in your 401(k) and most people don’t realize they might have a choice in the matter.

However, since low-cost investment products such as exchange traded funds and index mutual funds have become more and more popular with 401(k)s, you now have the possibility to pay less in fees by picking them over other options.

Put less on account management and more towards your dream retirement!
