South Carolina
South Carolina has many benefits awaiting any retiree that decides to move there. First of all, there’s high-quality healthcare, as there are many prominent health care systems that have been ranked as the best in many specialties, like cardiac surgery, rheumatology, and oncology.
Also, South Carolina has low property taxes, in comparison to other states in the country. If you’re a golf lover, you’ll love moving there. There are loads of courses and places where you could practice your favorite hobby, but also a lot of places to hike with your loved ones. And even better, you will be able to do this throughout the year, as the winters here are mild.

I would consider moving to TN or maybe Mississippi only because those states i know support Americans Constitutional Freedoms. Im not sure about the others on your list? I have already been looking for land in WV and TN and was considering TN for a 3rd choice as i have found it hard to find land with a year round stream/creek/river on it? My wife and i both agree it has to have a stream flowing on the property. Well back to my search since i have had no luck locating any undeveloped land as of yet? lol
