In-home virtual assistants are great tools for engaging loved ones with early-onset dementia. Face to face communication is the best approach but, in its absence, people can record messages so that their loved ones can hear a familiar voice.

Seniors suffering from dementia may have trouble remembering the date and time. Alexa can provide that information. By enabling the question mode, virtual assistants can provide that information and help seniors feel less confused.
