13. Join the Peace Corps

We know plenty of seniors have probably given up on some dreams, big or small, along the way. If joining the Peace Corps was one of them, that ship has not yet sailed!

You can still enter the Peace Corps, whether you want to serve for two months or two years! And if you ever think older folk aren’t fit to make a difference, we’d like to introduce you to Dorothy Woodbridge, a volunteer who turned 80 while serving in Ghana.

All it takes is a little bit of courage and determination! Don’t let your old age stand in the way of your passion.
