12. Don’t Rule Out Renting

Becoming a homeowner once more might sound like a safe decision. After all, owning your own home comes with a sense of security. But the costs could offset that feeling and could turn into massive risks.

So why not rent? You’ll save a ton of money, which will just translate into money you can be used for other things- either to keep saving up for emergencies, especially medical ones, or entertainment.

Renting might seem like a daunting idea, and some might even claim you’re doing everything the wrong way around. However, if it helps you financially we say go for it!
