New or used, cars are expensive either way. Maintenance, repairs and all sorts of tune-ups can put a big dent in your budget. One way to avoid such costs is to take better care of your vehicle so that it lasts longer and does not need to be replaced.

    this is ridiculous. if you can’t afford some soap for your clothes, you should not be retired, go back to work.

    THIS IS SO NOT TRUE. Who wrote this should be embarrassed by their own ignorance. Anyone even close to retirement know the things you quote here in this article are as important in life at anytime. Honestly you sound like a bunch of idiots.
