Southwest Airlines

With a score of 4.5 stars out of 5 on Glassdoor, it’s not surprising to find that most employees mention the company’s great benefits in their reviews. Southwest Airlines employees can work towards their retirement goals through both pretax 401(k) and Roth plans.

For up to 9.3% of eligible earnings, the company matches employee contributions dollar-for-dollar. On top of that, they also offer a profit-sharing benefit equal to 10.8% of their eligible compensation. Of course, you can also expect flight benefits!

Employees also praise the company’s great work-culture on top of the flexible contract and schedule.
