Tapping your retirement savings

Emergencies can happen, no doubt about it. But some people burn through their retirement savings much too soon and without having any real need for that money.

It’s true you might be tempted to access your funds and start living the high life early on in your golden years or even before, but you don’t know how long you’ll be needing those funds to last. It’s better to spend your retirement savings with moderation and on things you really need instead of making all sorts of lavish purchases.
