The fear of checking your bank account

If you are dealing with severe financial anxiety, checking your bank account might seem like torture. Dealing with your bank balance can cause you restlessness, and it’s a common feeling all of us might get.

Those who experience uneasiness when checking their accounts are prone to avoiding their ATM’s bills or getting a clear picture of how much money they have left. But this will only make things worse. The more you dodge your current bank balance, the more likely it is to get stuck with a constant state of anxiety over your finances.

What you have to do is get over this fear and confront your bank account. You might even try to make a habit out of it. The more you know where your money go and how much you have left after all your expenses, the easier it gets to make a financial plan for the future.
