Leaving no room for guests

Downsizing your home might mean moving over from a big house to a very inexpensive and small apartment. As tempting as it might sound to pay a very small amount of money for a home that only fits you and your partner, you should keep in mind that you must have some room left for your guests as well.

If you downsize to the point where you can no longer invite anyone in, you might regret the decision. You need to take into consideration that you’d still want to have an active social life, you’ll still want your family to come to visit, so you need to pay attention to the next house you’ll choose to make your home.
