10 Effortless Ways to Make Extra Money for Retirement

May 24, 2021 · Personal finance

Use Your Hobbies and Passions to Create Passive Income

If you love to cook, create things in your woodshop or take your dogs out for long walks around the neighborhood, you can use the things you like to do to generate extra income for your retirement. If you have a hobby or something you want to explore further, consider monetizing it. Here are some examples of activities that can be turned into passive income streams:

  1. A) Spend Time with Furry Friends

If you’re an animal lover, there’s no better way to turn your love into something you can actually get paid for than spending time with animals. You can offer your pet-sitting services on website such as DogVacay and Rover.

You can even hand out with other people’s pets at your place. Or opt for dog walking, an activity that can also be good for your health as it will keep you active and in great shape.

TaskRabbit and Zaarly let you find gigs for home services like house cleaning, gardening and errands.
