Learn To Say ‘No’

Do you sometimes wish you could just put your foot down and say no? Then, stop being a people pleaser and learn to say no!

Instead of feeling compelled to agree to every request, listen to the advice Warren Buffet gave to Bill Gates and don’t occupy your time with useless things. If you do have to attend to things that are mandatory, choose other ways to feel energetic and active.
