Stay Away From These 15 Deals When Shopping at Walmart

Walmart’s produce section provides a multitude of fruits, including blueberries, strawberries, apples and oranges. The prices of fruits are reasonable, but they aren’t always the best in town, particularly when compared to what a Save-A-Lot has to offer.

Here’s why: A Save-A-Lot in Rio Grande, New Jersey, sells a five-pound bag of Red Delicious apples for $2.99 while Walmart’s price is $4.92. In addition, Save-A-Lot often has weekly deals on vegetables, such as cucumbers and green peppers on sale for 59 cents each.
