10 Beach Towns That Are Perfect For All Retirees

Miami

Retirees who are in love with a city vibe will consider moving to Miami. I think we all know by now how Miami lures retirees to fast-paced South Beaches or laid-back Key Biscayne. Housing will cost those ages 60 or older $1,5629 a month if they have a mortgage or $589 if they don’t. Those who will consider renting should expect to pay $998 per month.

The warm and sunny weather is absolutely ideal for those seniors who suffer from arthritis and certain respiratory problems that are usually aggravated by cold weather. Plus, buying a home in Miami is by far one of the best decisions you could possibly make because of the Homestead Exemption for senior citizens.

Bad choices. Boston? Taxes. San Diego? Restrictions for COVID-19, highest taxes, highest gas prices until the State throws out the Democrats. Miami? Really? This is retirement.
