If you want to live a happy and healthy lifestyle in the Land of 10,000 Lakes your community could help boost you forward. Here, 69% of seniors are able-bodied. Food insecurity crises only affect 8.5% of elders, though, but here’s to hoping that the state will continue to try and lower those numbers.

In 2019, just 1,496 out of 100,000 between 65 and 75 died early. However, you do need to watch out for two potential issues. First is the fact that senior smoking as increased by 12% while 8.4% of older adults drink in excess, both figures that have increased in the past two years.
