Stop Worrying

It’s true millennials have a reputation for slacking but they also work more than the standard 9 to 5 schedule, which means they’re more tired and stressed. At the same time, according to the annual stress study carried out by the American Psychological Association, older adults have apparently been the least stressed generation compared to all other age groups. For this very reason, maybe millennials should listen to the advice of their older counterparts and change something in their lives.

“I don’t let anything upset me, especially traffic. I don’t like stress. I can’t stand arguing. If anybody is fussing, I’m gone. I like to be around positive people, people who lift you up not bring you down” said a centenarian to a reporter on her 101st birthday.
