7 Most Atrocious Nursing Homes In America

Things don’t look so bright in the “Golden State” either. At the Santa Cruz Skilled Nursing Center a man suffered serious physical and emotional anguish when entering the facility for being unable to care for himself. Suffering from diabetes and dementia among other things, he was assured 24-hr care and promised suitable staff for his primary care. Once entering, he was refused water and food, not meeting his basic needs.

A few days later, he was taken to the hospital with very high blood sugar levels, bruises, burns, dehydration, respiratory issues and many other things which left him in a horrible condition.
