Treat Your Body Like You’ll Need It Forever

When you’re young, you think you have all the time in the world. That’s why you don’t think much of saving for retirement or taking care of your health properly. But no one is invincible, not even millennials. They are actually at an age that’s exposed to serious health problems.

Seniors in Pillemer’s ongoing Cornell Legacy Project all agree that “It’s not dying you should worry about — it’s a chronic disease.” 84-year-old Charlotte added: “What you do when you’re young, it will haunt you when you get old. If you’re young, take care of your body, live right, go to the doctor and keep yourself in good shape.”
