Del Webb in Greensboro, Georgia, is a community that specializes in lakefront living.

Located on Lake Oconee, Del Webb community provides direct lake access and housing facilities for the +55 community. It features remarkable amenities such as one indoor and one outdoor pool as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center.

If you’re into outdoor sports, the community provides a bocce court, a pickleball court, and a croquet field and numerous tennis courts. Residents and their guests can also enjoy boating, fishing or kayaking on the lake.

If you want an apartment at Del Webb, you might pay anywhere from $243,990 to $370,990.

Del Webb boasts with one to four bedrooms ranch style homes which cost somewhere between $243,990, for 1,109 square feet apartments and $370,990 for more expensive ones of 2,536 square feet.
