Emergencies can spring up out of the blue and there’s not much we can do to avoid them, but we can be proactive when it comes to our health. Staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle could save you a lot of money when it comes to health care costs.

Try to be preventive by relying on physical activities and a healthy diet and your savings will survive longer too.
