Not true at all! You don’t have to be among the country’s top ten richest people to create a budget. It’s actually recommended for lower-income and middle-class families and individuals to pay more attention to their income and expenses and act smarter to make their money last longer.

One way to do that is to create a budget. If a line-by-line Excel spreadsheet is too much for you, there are other ways to keep better track of your money and stretch your budget without any nail-biting moments at the checkout.
