Aquarium

Aquariums do use a lot of energy, and turning them off is not an option for most people. The real culprit here is the heater. With an average wattage of 4 to 104 watts, these come to around $4 to $104 per year.

Desktop Computer

Surprisingly, computers don’t actually use as much power as we’d think. But the costs do add up, so it’s a good idea to unplug them when they’re not in use. The cost per year sits at $1 to $49, which isn’t a lot, but why waste even a penny? Their average wattage is 1-49 watts.
