17 Things to Do for a Healthy Retirement

Monthly Nights Out to the Bar With Friends

Turning your nights out into splurges and not regular events could help contribute significantly to your retirement plan. If a typical night out with your friends cost you an estimated $100, you’ll end up spending $1,200 if you go out once a month!

Super savers say they reserve nights out like these for important events. That, in turn, makes them feel more meaningful.

Another way of cutting back is by inviting your friends over for drinks instead. That way you don’t have to spend extra on top-shelf drinks and you’re avoiding hefty bar prices as well.

Plus, without the hustle and bustle of a busy venue, you might actually hear what your friends are saying to you.
