15 Tips to Avoid Being Scammed When Shopping Online

Before downloading saving apps like those that inform you what major discounts and deals are available at different retailers, make sure they are the real deal, or in other words, legitimate apps. RiskIQ found out in a study conducted in 2017, that one in 25 Black Friday apps were a scam, that’s specially designed to steal your personal information or download malware viruses that will damage your phone or laptop. Avoid being scammed by only downloading trustworhty apps, like FatWallet or DealNews, as Consumer Reports is advising us.
