15 Tips to Avoid Being Scammed When Shopping Online

Discounts for designer products that seem too good to be true

Buying products from well-known websites like Amazon, eBay or Walmart, doesn’t necessarily mean you won’t receive a counterfeit product sold by one of their third-party sellers. A study conducted in 2018 by the U.S. Government Accountability Office revealed that 20 of the 47 products purchased from third-party sellers on popular shopping websites were counterfeit. In general, if the price is too good you should remember it may very well be a fake product.
