Do You Want to Retire Early? Then These 10 Jobs Are the Way to Go!

January 14, 2021 · Retirement Life

Aircraft Mechanics

Only 23.3% of aircraft mechanics think they will need to work past the age of 65. Why? That’s likely due to their annual average wages which sit at around $62,540.

Furthermore, the average hourly employer 401(k) contribution is $5.13 for aircraft mechanics, meaning that most individuals in this profession have managed to save up an estimated $392,835 in 401(k) savings.

It certainly takes a lot of skill to work in this industry, but the payoff is amazing!

Pharmacists

It looks like pharmacists across the U.S. plan on retiring much sooner than 65. Only 30% of pharmacists plan on working past the age of 62, while only 11.&% believe they will keep working after 65.

That’s because they are extremely confident in their financial stability during retirement. In fact, with annual average wages sitting at $121,710 and estimated 401(k) savings at an above-comfortable $764,503, it’s no wonder that people in this industry can retire early with no worries.
