30 Expensive Cities Retiree’s Will Want To Avoid

In this beautiful town located at the base of Mount San Gorgonio, seniors won’t have to worry about paying taxes on their Social Security benefits but will have to pay on their retirement income. Unfortunately, we’re not very sure how much you could profit out of this, giving the fact that it’s in the top 12 most expensive locations to live in.

Dunedin, Florida

Giving the fact that it ranked as No.2 for the highest median home list price of 43.33%, this city is not on our recommendations list. Although it’s a beloved destination, only 30.55% of the population in Dunedin is aged 65 or older.

This has to say something about it, right?
