Number 11 on the overall list, but number 2 when taking into account the median home list price increase, which is at 43.33% currently, Dunedin, Florida seems like an exceptionally expensive place to settle down. And it seems that a lot of seniors agree. Why else would the percentage of people aged 65 or over be only 30.55%? We think the reason for this is simply because most budget simply can’t shoulder the burden of such high costs.
