Georgia

The annual expenditures in Georgia are only $44,897. Housing costs here go up to $6,959, which, if you think about it, is the fourth-best in the nation. Also, it’s 28,7% below the U.S. average. Moreover, there are some ongoing benefits when it comes to Georgia and how it deals with its taxes.

For example, Social Security income here is not taxed, while withdrawals from retirement accounts and pensions are only partially taxed. Even more, anyone who’s over 65 years old is able to deduct up to $65,000 of retirement income. Considering all of this, no wonder you can easily find luxurious retirement communities in the Peach State!

I would consider moving to TN or maybe Mississippi only because those states i know support Americans Constitutional Freedoms. Im not sure about the others on your list? I have already been looking for land in WV and TN and was considering TN for a 3rd choice as i have found it hard to find land with a year round stream/creek/river on it? My wife and i both agree it has to have a stream flowing on the property. Well back to my search since i have had no luck locating any undeveloped land as of yet? lol

I wouldn’t want to go to a state where the legislature is attempting to minimize or cancel my vote. That’s truly unconstitutional.
