The annual needed expenditures go up to $44,997. Here, the cost of groceries and healthcare is below the rest of the U.S. prices, and the residents that are currently living in this Land of Enchantment will tell you that they make meaningful savings when it comes to housing and utilities.

Apparently, these aspects are more affordable than in other parts of the country, by 19.6% and 11.1%. Plus, the state provides seniors with excellent access to healthcare services, which is a crucial factor when it comes your to retirement choice. New Mexico has 11 Critical Access Hospitals, 17 Rural Health Clinics, and 107 Federally Qualified Health Centers located outside urbanized areas.

    I would consider moving to TN or maybe Mississippi only because those states i know support Americans Constitutional Freedoms. Im not sure about the others on your list? I have already been looking for land in WV and TN and was considering TN for a 3rd choice as i have found it hard to find land with a year round stream/creek/river on it? My wife and i both agree it has to have a stream flowing on the property. Well back to my search since i have had no luck locating any undeveloped land as of yet? lol

      I wouldn’t want to go to a state where the legislature is attempting to minimize or cancel my vote. That’s truly unconstitutional.
