Intimidation by neglect or violence

If you’ve seen the movie “I care a lot” by J Blakeson, you’ll understand this example by heart. There might be people who force their way into the lives of the elderly by being aggressive or dominant.

Usually, this method is very invasive but sadly, practiced by many. As we know, from a certain point, elderly ones need proper care. Some financial abusers use aggression and threats of violence to scare the elderly into giving away their money and assets.

If they don’t give in to the abuser’s request, they are cut back from food or other vital resources they need.
