As with our previous examples, moving to Santa Ana will cost you an arm and a leg. It’s most certainly a beautiful destination and many seniors claim they’d settle down there if they could but sadly, with the median list price at around $546,221, it’s simply unachievable for most.

If you want to make the most out of your retirement then we advise you to ditch Santa Ana. If you insist on moving here it’s highly likely you’ll be forced to live on a really tight budget in order to stretch your savings as far as possible. Your golden years should be just that, golden… not pewter! Now that you’ve exited the workforce, we think it’s time to really treat yourself.

The next place may be New, but it’s not for the old…..

    I can tell you first hand,Don’t move to Calif!!! I lived in Calif most of my life and in a couple months am going to retire and get out of Calif..too expensive,everything is taxed and housing prices are terrible.
