Would you be willing to spend $300,000 to live in Stockton? If you’re set on relocating here, you may not have a choice. After all, costs for assisted living facilities here come to around $420,000. This is the highest price we’ve prepared compared on this list regarding healthcare-related costs and so it’s nothing to scoff at.

When comparing the two price points, you’ll come out cheaper if you buy a home. But that’s the end of the advantage lists. You could do better, don’t you think? Your savings shouldn’t all go towards median list prices, after all!

    I can tell you first hand,Don’t move to Calif!!! I lived in Calif most of my life and in a couple months am going to retire and get out of Calif..too expensive,everything is taxed and housing prices are terrible.
