20 Amazing Ways to Live Life to The Fullest When You Retire

While hiking is a great way to stay active and stay in touch with nature, it should be a stepping stone to a healthier lifestyle. As suggested by the National Institute on Aging, you should consider various ways to keep active. You don’t have to go overboard, you could start by adding more activities gradually. For example, add a few more minutes to your daily walk or start lifting a few weights here and there.
