Did you recently retired and have trouble adjusting to so much free time? Have you considered that you can use all this free time learning something new? Learning new things can be extremely healthy for your memory and mental well-being, doctors say.

Of course, it might not be your first choice to go to college first thing after you retire, but you could learn many things from online courses. Nowadays, with the help of technology, there are no boundaries left.
