Never Stop the Learning Process

For many of us, the secret to a meaningful life is education and thirst for knowledge. That’s exactly what a Goldendale, Washington, centenarian advised younger people: “Get a great education, that is something that no one can take away from you.”

Constantly discovering new things and learning opportunities has improved and even extended the lives of many seniors, among whom Frieda Falk, who shared her sage advice: “Learning new things makes you happy and keeps your mind active.”
