Not questioning the decision to downsize

When thinking about downsizing, many people overlook one very important aspect: if the move is in their best interest. In many situations, it makes more sense to keep living where you do. Whether it’s because of the good neighborhood or the fact that by selling the house, you don’t really get what you’d expect, there are a lot of reasons for you to stay put.

The question you should be asking yourself is if downsizing is really the option for you or you could just adjust your current home to suit your needs?
