Before you rush into a time-share agreement, take a moment to rethink it.

As dreamy as it may sound to settle for an amount of time in your favorite vacation spot, you need to take into consideration many aspects you might not know. There are many retirees out there that regret deeply making this purchase because they didn’t understand the full financial implications.

First of all, a time-share property requires thousands of dollars paid upfront. Secondly, your purchase’s price might change overnight. Not to mention the possibility of side renovations that might occur, and the additional costs of traveling.

It’s better if you have second thoughts about this rather than regret it later, or even better to consult with your financial advisor!
