11 Retirement Facts You Need to Take Seriously

February 28, 2020 · Personal finance

Yes, you really do need a will

If you don’t leave a will behind, the state will take care of your estate for you. This could prove to be disastrous, especially with larger families and those who have different children from different marriages. It might be uncomfortable to think about your last will and testament, but it’s better to get it out of the way than passing that headache onto the next generation.

If you’re unsure of where to even begin, ask your employer if your benefits include legal services. Under no circumstances should you rely on a DIY will as it’ll probably become even more problematic for your loved ones.
