7 Important Changes to Social Security in 2022

Since 1935, when it was officially signed, Social Security has been in charge of providing a financial foundation for our nation’s retired workers.

Nowadays, more than 65 million Americans receive a monthly payout, approximately 72% of which are retired workers. Even more, nearly 22 million citizens have gotten out of poverty each year thanks to this program.

Luckily, Social Security is extremely dynamic. Every October, the Social Security Administration (SSA) releases a fact sheet, announcing all the changes in the upcoming year.
