Unfortunately, we’re not very sure how much you could profit out of this, giving the fact that it’s in the top 12 most expensive locations to live in.

Giving the fact that it ranked as No.2 for the highest median home list price of 43.33%, this city is not on our recommendations list. Although it’s a beloved destination, only 30.55% of the population in Dunedin is aged 65 or older.
